14 day return window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

condition requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and unwashed
• Be in their original product packaging
• Include all original components (plush, cards, stickers, etc.)

We can't accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging.

what can be returned

• Full size but cute plush
• Bundles (must be returned in full)

what cannot be returned

• Gift cards
• Final sale items (if marked as such)
• Items returned without original packaging

return shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. but cute is not responsible for lost return packages.

refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.
